I ordered this product as a Christmas present on Dec 8th. The ad promised free delivery by Dec 12th. It is now January 8th and I still have not received it! All my requests for updates are shrugged off like “sorry for the delay, things are busy this time of year”. I have requested a firm arrival date or a refund of my money with no success. All I get is the runaround. I could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
I have not received them yet. Delivery time is horrible. Tracking, no help.
