We only work with international and reliable shipping carriers to ensure best service to our

customers. We offer free shipping in US, UK, DE, ES, FR, IT and shipping to other countries is

charged based on the carrier’s specifications. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the

checkout page. 

 

All orders are processed and shipped on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 days for

domestic deliveries and 10-15 days for international deliveries. Once your order is confirmed, a

shipping tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout after the order has

shipped. Please note deliveries do not take place on Fridays and Public Holidays.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Undamaged products may be returned for
 
full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in
 
Quntis’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Please note that returns must
 
include all accessories.

  

2. After 30-day Refund or Exchange

For items that have expired this 30-day window, you can't process a request for a refund for non-

quality issues. However, if it is quality related issues, you can always process a refund or

exchange as long as it is within the warranty period.

    • Once the product is received by Quntis, the product will be inspected (within 7-10 business
              days of receipt on average) to determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. If the
     
              product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Quntis, under its judgment
     
              and discretion, will refund or exchange the product.
     
      • Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle.
