Really Bright!

Difficult to verify they are on

It is hard to determine if you have turned the light switch on in the daylight. I thought I had them turned on but had to reset the switch on some lights after dark to light them up.

I've purchased these before, but the predecessors washed away with our docks in Hurricane Sally. This version has a button/switch on the bottom that is nearly impossible to activate. If you're new to this product, use the back of a ball point pin to click the button to activate the sensor. The are low profile and lovely, giving off a fairly bright (blue) "daylight" lumens. These little gems were actually how we found sections of dock that washed away because the lights had worked under water for HOURS and continued to work for weeks/months after the storm.
